NFA Fire Flow

NFA Fire Flow is based on the NFA Fire Flow Formula referenced in the FEMA document 'Strategy And Tactics For Company Operations', 3rd Edition, 2nd Printing-July 2016.

User entry text fields

- building length and width

- number of floors involved with fire

- number of non-fire involved interior floors above the fire

- number of sides with exterior exposures

- numerical unit selection

- percentage of fire involvement

Numerical units are selectable for English and Metric. English units are feet for length and width, and gallons per minute for flows. Metric units are meters for length and width, and liters per minute for flows. Note - User entered values will remain when switching between English and Metric. Example: 30 feet entered in English units will be interpreted as 30 meters when switched to Metric units.

Operational for light/dark themes, and portrait/landscape modes. Scrolling provided if needed.

Results are given for total fire flow, fire building flow, interior exposure flow, and exterior exposure flow.
